Full-Time Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or another related field Scrum Master Certification Experience using Jira and Confluence required; Miro experienced preferred 5+ years related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems 5+ years’ experience in technology project management and 3-to-4-year Scrum Master Experience Experience managing agile development projects as a SCRUM Master Experience with complex, mission critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with other staff within the organization Highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic and self-starter. Banking and payments experience, especially knowledge of SWIFT, FED, CHIPS or ACH Qualifications desired: Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
