SWIFT, FED, CHIPS or ACH Position Summary:

This Scrum Master will provide day-to-day hands-on project management for various projects in support of application development. The Scrum Master will have an in-depth knowledge and experience with complex IT solutions, Agile and Scrum Methodology, a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget and serves as a key resource within the team to ensure overall success of the project deliverables.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field Scrum Master Certification Experience using Jira and Confluence required; Miro experienced preferred 5+ years related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems 5+ years’ experience in technology project management and 3-to-4-year Scrum Master Experience Experience managing agile development projects as a SCRUM Master Experience with complex, mission critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with other staff within the organization Highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic and self-starter. Banking and payments experience, especially knowledge of SWIFT, FED, CHIPS or ACH Qualifications desired: Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

In collaboration with Product Management, Operations & Technology, manage projects through their complete lifecycle and work with scrum teams to drive agility Assist with requirements documentation, User Story creation, develop detailed project plans, and identify tasks, roles and responsibilities Track milestones and dependencies, ensure on-time completion of tasks from all groups Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues Ensure PMO processes are followed, all relevant artifacts are produced and filed properly Manage and report on project financials Keep senior management apprised of project status and communicate issues in a timely manner Collaborate with the Enterprise Program Management Office to provide project status Success factors/job competencies: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel at all levels and external clients Ability to drive tasks to completion, attention to details, and be well organized Ability to influence project participants to achieve successful outcomes Please connect with me at (609) 257-2872 or drop me your contact at anil.chamoli@russelltobin.com .
