Job Overview:

Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master to drive Salesforce project delivery, with a particular focus on Classic to Lightning migration. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Agile methodologies and bring working knowledge of Salesforce tools including OmniStudio. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, helping streamline processes and ensure successful implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews Manage end-to-end project execution for Salesforce Lightning migration Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners to refine user stories and maintain the product backlog Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and ensuring team alignment with sprint goals Promote the proper use of Salesforce OmniStudio tools including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures Monitor sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure timely and quality deliverables Foster continuous improvement through regular feedback loops

Qualifications & Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce projects Proven experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools Knowledge of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, etc.) is a strong plus Salesforce and Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, Salesforce Admin/Developer) are preferred
