Job Title:
Scrum Master – Salesforce Migration & OmniStudio Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering Salesforce migration projects, with a strong emphasis on transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support backlog refinement, and ensure the effective use of OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation:
Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Salesforce Migration Management:
Oversee the end-to-end management of Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Backlog Management:
Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog grooming and user story refinement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Impediment Removal:
Proactively identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring continuous delivery.
OmniStudio Utilization:
Ensure proper use of OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) for scalable solution delivery.
Progress Tracking:
Monitor sprint progress, risks, and delivery timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Salesforce projects as a Scrum Master, with a focus on migration initiatives.
Salesforce Migration:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects.
Agile Methodologies:
Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, including experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
OmniStudio Knowledge:
Familiarity with OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) is preferred.
Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus; Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications are advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or equivalent certification.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Agile Tools:
Experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Rally, or Trello, and familiarity with Salesforce integration into these tools.
