About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Consultant to lead and support complex, large-scale Agile initiatives. In this role, you will consult on strategic planning efforts, resolve multifaceted delivery challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of Agile practices. This position requires deep expertise in Agile methodologies, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in high-impact environments.
Responsibilities
Lead Agile planning and execution for initiatives with broad organizational impact.
Analyze and resolve complex Scrum-related challenges involving multiple teams and long-term deliverables.
Evaluate unprecedented or intangible factors to guide Agile transformations and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals.
Provide coaching and mentorship to teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile environments, or equivalent demonstrated through:
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
Proven ability to lead Agile teams in complex, high-stakes environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, insurance).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive Agile maturity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
