Scrum Master
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the progress of the development team.
Foster collaboration and communication within and across teams to achieve project goals.
Ensure transparency and visibility by maintaining accurate Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.
Continuously assess and improve the team’s Agile maturity and processes.
