Pay Range:

$65/hr – $70/hr

Job Description:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, DailyStand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach the team on Agile principles and help them adopt and improveScrum practices. Remove impediments and blockers that affect the team’s progress anddelivery. Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement andprioritization. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback andretrospectives. Protect the team from outside interruptions and ensure focus onsprint goals. Foster team self-organization and collaboration across roles. Track and communicate key Agile metrics like velocity and burndowncharts. Serve as a liaison between the Scrum team and externalstakeholders. Advocate for Agile adoption and support broader organizationaltransformation efforts.

Must Have:

Scaled Agile experience (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, etc)

SDLC JIRA

Confluence, Advanced JIRA filters, Queries, Dashboards,Reports Release & Defect Management Must know the difference between Functional and Non FunctionalRequirements, must be familiar with the concept of multi PODRelease cycles, Environments, Defect Cycles Project management experience to manage the more strategic aspectsof projects (i.e., long term roadmaps/connecting PI performance tofixed target dates for user launches/determining milestones,etc.) Presentation skills/experience providing updates to execs To apply for this position and set up an interview with the clientplease click on apply and send in your resume along with yourcontact info.
