Description 1. Expert with analyzing data with Jira looking at stories and epics to show the state and status of a project

• for example: understanding current issues with QA testing or development teams and driving meetings to make sure the right people are connecting to get problems solved. This candidate is not just facilitating that meeting, but driving it

• understanding the dev or testing processes/technologies to a certain extent to be able to understand fully what the issue is at hand and give recommendations/solutions. Laying out the problem and clearly articulating where the team needs to go to get that problem solved to push projects forward. 4. SAFe Certified
• This group emphasizes continuous planning for PI every 8 weeks. Being able to keep up with different teams on where they are at in their project lifecycle and being able to tell a story around this and what needs to be completed going forward. 5. This candidate is not responsible for the delivery of projects
• unlike a PM/Release Manager/Delivery Manager.

They are responsible for the flow of the project and making sure that different teams are talking to each other at the right time and not letting things fall through the cracks in communication. (Again, not just facilitating that meeting, but coming prepared with an agenda of topics and leading that meeting). Typically you’ll see resumes with Agile Coach and Agile Transformation that could fit here but we need to be asking them how hands on are they within the project work. If they just want to facilitate meetings, they will not be a fit. Candidates will need to have a willingness to be very hands on with pushing projects forward among many different teams.
