Responsibilities:

Facilitate and guide multiple agile teams and keystakeholders across major projects from inception to the deliveryof the solution, involving teams from multiple trains internal toCSOT as well as external organizations and vendors Identify risk/dependencies and quantify the impact it has on thebusiness/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve Provide visibility into delivery plans and tracks progress, whilepromoting agile principles and mindset through coaching Provide full transparency to build the necessary Jira andConfluence dashboards to provide a clear view of the current statusof the project and outlining the plan with the relevantmilestones Facilitate regular meetings with all stakeholders to keep everyoneabreast of the status and progress, with an understanding of thesubject matter and application details

Requirements:

Strong Project Management skills Product Owner experience In-depth knowledge of Jira JQL and Confluence Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly addressissues or problems Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills Well-organized, problem solver Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with senseof urgency Knowledge of software development and architecture Excellent verbal and written skills Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings at multiple levelsof an organization and understanding facilitation techniques Ability to influence, remove obstacles, and motivate people withoutdirect line management authority Experience in planning and problem-solving with product managementand delivery teams Pay range: $63.94
