Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to join our team in Cary, NC. This role will focus on managing Salesforce projects, particularly involving migrations from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Agile methodologies and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners. Familiarity with OmniStudio tools—such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures—is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews Manage and track Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects Collaborate with product owners for backlog grooming and user story refinement Remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution Monitor sprint progress, delivery timelines, and project risks Support the use of OmniStudio tools for scalable and efficient solutions

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce environments Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning migration Working knowledge of Agile practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Familiarity with OmniStudio tools is a strong plus Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM) or Salesforce Admin/Developer certifications are a bonus Would you be interested?
