Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master to support Salesforce projects, with a strong focus on Classic to Lightning migration. Candidates with knowledge of OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) will be preferred. This role requires close collaboration with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure timely and quality delivery using Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Drive end-to-end management of Salesforce migration initiatives Support backlog grooming and user story refinement with product owners Remove impediments to keep the team on track Ensure proper use of OmniStudio tools for scalable solution delivery Track sprint progress, risks, and delivery timelines
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in Salesforce projects as a Scrum Master Experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence Knowledge of OmniStudio is a plus Certifications (CSM, Salesforce Admin/Developer) are a bonus
