education: Bachelors responsibilities: Excellent understanding and previous application of Agile/Scrum Fundamentals•WHY and HOW
Proficient with Agile enabling tools like Jira/Jira Align
Ability to identify team improvement opportunities and look externally for best practices to support continuous improvement qualifications: Strong proficiency in facilitating and coordinating logistics for Agile routines and practices, e.g., Backlog Refinement, Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives
Proficient in ensuring healthy backlogs are maintained and accurately balanced across team members
Proficient in producing, maintaining, updating, and explaining process metrics and artifacts to ensure understanding of how efficiently and effectively Squads are operating, and accurate and clear communications to Squads and their partners skills:
Excellent experience partnering with other Scrum Masters and working across multiple Squads contributing to the same initiatives
Demonstrated experience working in a technology delivery environment
Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate degree/equivalent experience required
Scrum certification required (CSM or PSM)
