(Day 1 Onsite) -(Full Time) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Who are we looking for? Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master tojoin our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor leading Agile teams in delivering high-quality softwaresolutions, ensuring that Scrum principles are effectivelyimplemented and that teams are operating at peak performance. Thisrole requires strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding ofAgile methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a collaborativeand innovative team environment.

Job Description:

8 years ofexperience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as aScrum Master. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teamsthrough the full Agile development lifecycle. JavaScript – Basicsof JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React, Angular, etc.

Generative AI – Knowledge of Generative AI, Gen AI based tools likeGitHub Copilot, and basics on frameworks such as Langchain,Llamaindex. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum,Kanban, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience inscaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus. Proficiencyin Agile metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strongcommunication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with afocus on delivering value.

Process Skills:

Knowledge of Agile andScrum development lifecycles along with modern project managementpractices. Experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile principlesand practices effectively.

Behavioral Skills:

Creative andeffective in oral and written communication, able to engage withall stakeholders in distributed teams. Strong facilitation skills,capable of leading discussions and resolving conflicts. Excellentanalytical approach and problem-solving techniques. Able toprioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meetdeadlines. Strong organizational skills, with the ability torespond quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Certification:

One ormore current Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster(CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent). Additional certifications relatedto Agile methodologies or project management are a plus.
