Job Summary:
The Scrum Master role is responsible for fostering a productive environment for assigned Scrum teams by guiding them to embrace Agile values, managing impediments, and coaching team members. This individual will bring deep knowledge and experience with complex IT solutions, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record of supporting high-performing Scrum teams. Qualifications –
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) 5+ years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementation, and testing of software systems 3-4 years of experience specifically in a Scrum Master role Experience using Jira and Confluence (Miro preferred) Proven experience with complex, mission-critical systems Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate across teams Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive Experience in the banking or payments industry, with knowledge of SWIFT, FED, CHIPS, or ACH systems Qualifications –
Desired:
Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology Experience developing or migrating applications to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, and Technology to drive agility across Scrum teams Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues within teams Ensure Agile processes are followed and documentation/artifacts are properly maintained Monitor and report project status, including financials Communicate status and escalate issues to senior management as necessary Success Factors /

Ability to manage multiple Scrum teams simultaneously Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders Detail-oriented, organized, and able to drive initiatives to completion Effective at influencing stakeholders and team members toward successful outcomes
Work Environment and Requirements:
