Incedo is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master / Product Owner with a solid technical application development background to join our dynamic technology team. You will serve a dual role in leading Agile practices while managing product ownership responsibilities for strategic application initiatives within our enterprise platform team.

Scrum Master:

Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and delivery best practices. Remove impediments and foster a high-performing team environment. Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Track and report team metrics (velocity, sprint burn-down, etc.) and use them to drive continuous improvement. As a

Product Owner:

Define and own the product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and clearly prioritized. Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, providing clarity on product vision and roadmap. Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and deliver intended business value. Actively participate in PI Planning and release management activities.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in IT/Software Development roles. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner in Agile environments. Strong technical background in application development , system integration, or cloud-based platforms (preferably in Java, .NET, or similar stacks). Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or VersionOne. Strong understanding of

SDLC, CI/CD

pipelines, and DevOps practices. Excellent stakeholder communication, prioritization, and facilitation skills. Ability to work across multiple teams and interface with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the financial services or wealth management domain. Certifications such as

CSM , PSM , CSPO

, or SAFe PO/PM . Familiarity with enterprise application architecture and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure). Experience with APIs, microservices, and data modeling.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
