Job Description:

Pay Range:

$45hr – $50hr

Responsibilities:

The overall experience of 7+ years with minimum 2-3 years of experience as scrum master.
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective ceremonies
Help team avoid, navigate and breakdown roadblocks and interferences that hinders project progress.
Facilitate discussion, decision making, conflict resolution.
Work with business, product owner on developing product roadmap, backlog grooming and product backlog maintenance.
Work with architecture and technical resources on delivery and implementation stXXgy.
Monitor and manage project progress and communicate achievements, risks and mitigation steps to stakeholders.
Proven experience delivering Snowflake Data Lakehouse (or other data projects) implementation.
Experience navigating / managing ambiguous situation with many moving pieces
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
