Must haves:

Experience managing a technical team Experience working in an Agile environment Experience with capacity planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers Identify outstanding decisions, develop options, and make recommendations Write user stories and acceptance criteria Write release notes and manage releases Manage process as well as proactively identify and execute against opportunities for improvement Estimate and budget projects with assistance from the team Effectively and efficiently manage several projects simultaneously Track record of successfully launching projects on time and on budget Define internal and external project roadmaps, timelines, milestones Interface directly with customers and stakeholders Assist product owners and stakeholders in prioritizing the backlog Proficiency in at least one project management platform (Wrike, Teamwork, JIRA, Monday, Pivotal Tracker, Asana, VersionOne, etc), preferably JIRA Nice to haves: Technical/development background highly preferred JIRA administration experience Experience working in an agency or similar environment Experience with multiple project management platforms BA and/or requirements gathering experience Strong background with analytics and/or reporting tools Experience with data/reporting tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc) PMI certification(s)
