- What you’ll do:
- This isa Quant Developer role managing the software development lifecycleincluding the coordination, prioritization and communication acrossthe business product areas. It will include building and realizingthe strategy for the teams to support the dynamic needs of the WAMEbusiness.
- The role includes the hands-on development role,building a client driven technology organization.
- The roleentails full Agile
- designs/develops software solutions andbusiness process solutions based on business needs.
- Leadapplication components of moderate complexity, with guidance frommanager.
- Provide technical design input in overall project.
- Focus on quality based on Schwab’s standards.

Required Qualifications:
This role requires a highly motivated,organized and experienced business focused technology individualwith a proven record of software quality assurance to a frontoffice investment management business.
Required:
A university degree from awell-respected academic institution; advanced degrees inInformation management, Computer Science, Business Administrationand/or other professional certifications are a plus
Required:
Experience in financial industry developing quantitativemodels
Required:
At least 3 years’ experience building software inPython or R. Strong proficiency in Python, MongoDB or otherSQL/no-SQL database, Time-series data, Plotly/ charting
