Position Overview:

We are seeking anexperienced Solutions Architect with a strong background indesigning and implementing enterprise solutions across diversetechnology stacks. The ideal candidate will be adept at leadingprojects from inception to completion, providing strategicguidance, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored,high-impact solutions. This role requires technical expertise,leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset to driveinnovation and business success.

Key Responsibilities The Solutions Architect manages technology projects frominception to completion, adhering to specified timelines, budgets,company standards, and methodologies. Develops and maintains architectural diagrams and technicaldocumentation. Collaborates with customers and internal teams to deliverarchitectural solutions aligned with customer needs, prioritizingtechnology initiatives, driving innovation, and enhancing businessperformance. Conducts strategic road-mapping sessions with customers. Provides guidance and leadership to technical teams throughoutproject lifecycles. Oversees the delivery team, ensuring milestones anddeliverables are met with the expected quality and within theallocated time. Identifies potential risks and vulnerabilities in the company’stechnology systems and implements measures to mitigate them. Participates in discovery calls and creates SOW scores specificto their expertise. Ensures that time is allocated properly through tasks and isresponsible for assigning tasks to the entire team.

Qualifications Proven experience in project leadership in a customer-facingrole within a service-oriented company, demonstrating the abilityto understand customer needs, build relationships, and deliverexceptional service. Background as a Solutions Architect, developing solutions thatinclude .NET, Angular, container-based solutions, SQL, integrationtiers, and back-end logic. These solutions should encompasseverything from the front-end to the database. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of SDLC, team management, deliverymanagement, requirements definition, and quality management. Proven ability to identify and address customer issues,providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Ability to work under pressure while ensuring high-qualitydeliverables and shield the team from external pressures tomaintain productivity and morale. Strong reporting skills, ensuring clear and effectivecommunication both upwards and downwards. Experience in presales (demos, scope creation) ispreferred.
