Build out new features, integrations, and real-time reporting dashboards
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and support data science initiatives
Collaborate directly with finance and accounting teams to refine requirements
Lead integration efforts with Microsoft Fabric
Manage and mentor one software team member
Design intuitive front-end interfaces and ensure full-stack excellence What You’ll Need to be Considered Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
Hands-on experience with Python (Django or Flask) and full-stack development
Proven data engineering skillset (ETL, pipelines, warehousing)
Experience deploying applications in Azure or similar cloud environments
