With a robust pipeline of new and exciting projects, their diverse portfolio includes Residential, Leisure, Retail, Education, and Healthcare work. Key responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: Lead projects from early concept stages through to on-site delivery, with a strong focus on residential and mixed-use developments. Produce and oversee the development of detailed design and technical documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression. Mentor and support junior team members, promoting high design and technical standards. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with planning policy, building regulations, and best practice guidelines. Key requirements for this Senior Architect role: ARB registered with a recognised architectural qualification. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice. Proven experience leading residential or multi-sector projects across all RIBA stages. Strong working knowledge of UK planning and construction processes. Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, or Revit. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A collaborative mindset with a design-led, detail-oriented approach. Confident managing clients and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
