This Developer will play a crucial role in making modifications and customizations to our software platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our largest customer accounts, recognized brands, and make meaningful enhancements, working through complex adjustments to the technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop software solutions using Java and TypeScript —both languages are required and a core aspect to this role. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Build new features and enhance existing applications to meet customer and internal business needs. Analyze and troubleshoot customer-reported issues and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with team members and Account Resource Managers (ARMs) to prioritize development work Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a structured and organized way Log time daily and maintain accurate documentation Learn ECS processes and McLeod’s LoadMaster software through guided mentoring Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of professional coding experience in both Java and TypeScript is required . Familiarity with structured and non-structured databases, preferred. Experience with Git, IntelliJ, Azure DevOps, Eclipse, and other development tools. Preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically, experience interfacing with clients (preferred). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
