Job Description
INNOVIM Defense Services is seeking a Software Applications Engineer to join our team supporting the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) program at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). INNOVIM supports the development, implementation, sustainment, and operations of enclaves and systems that manage missile defense training, events, analysis, and operations.

NONE The candidate will: Provide primary support for the following applications: CAFM (Java/Tomcat) CDRLvue (Microsoft Visual Studio, ASPX, SQL database) Escheduler (Microsoft Visual Studio, ASPX, SQL database) Empower (Perl scripting, GUI, SQL database) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). Maintain and optimize Java and Tomcat environments. Develop and maintain SQL database backends. Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) with CAC authentication. Utilize and maintain Cloud Azure and AWS environments. Participate in late-night maintenance windows to support patching and system updates. De-conflict requests and requirements to ensure efficient problem resolution. Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Basic Requirements:
Must have 5, or more, years of direct Software Engineering experience Must have experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), including troubleshooting and maintenance. Must have experience with Java and Tomcat. Must have experience with Cloud Azure and AWS environments. Must have experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) with CAC authentication. Must have a current DoD 8570 Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+CE or higher Must have an active DoD secret
Security Clearance Desired Requirements:
Have programming experience with Visual Studio. Have programming experience with SQL database backends. This position is expected to pay $110,000 – $160,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
