The ideal candidate will have a strong .Net development background, expertise in designing solutions, and experience developing complex solutions. Senior Developers typically participate in all phases of a project, including analysis, design, construction, testing and deployment. Senior Developers focus on design and development tasks.
Required experiences are:
? Business analysis. Includes gathering detailed requirements.
? Design. Translating requirements into designs, including development of state diagrams, transition diagrams and component level designs.
? Application Architecture. Experience developing application architectures within the context of enterprise .Net architecture standards.
? Database design. Includes physical design capabilities. Significant experience with SQL server required.
? Application development. Demonstrated expertise in developing complex .Net solutions, including VB.Net, ASP.Net, Web Services and Windows Foundation Classes.
? Data access and analysis. Experience developing SQL queries, optimizing data access and tuning database queries.
? Excellent client interaction skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
