AWS Cloud Solutions Engineer

Requirements:

4 or more years of experience migrating and implementing applications in AWS cloud platforms
Experience in AWS services including EC2, ELB, Systems Manager, FSX, SES, SNS, and S3
Experience with AWS security tools such as WAF, Network Firewall, Security Groups, and ACLs
Experience using AWS Guard, SecurityHub, GuardDuty, Routing Tables, and Internet Gateway
Experience with Infrastructure as Code scripting using CDK (TypeScript), CloudFormation, and AMI
Experience with enterprise-scale IT operations including networking, security, DevOps, and disaster recovery
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

Provide primary engineering and support for large-scale AWS-based infrastructure systems
Work in planning and executing migrations of on-premise workloads to AWS
Work in configuring, maintaining, and tuning AWS services and monitoring tools
Work with implementing cloud-native backup, recovery, and storage solutions
Lead in setting up and securing multi-zone VPCs, Transit Gateways, and Load Balancers
Collaborating with developing executive dashboards for system health, utilization, and cost tracking
Work with environment hardening per NIST, PII, and Pub 1075 compliance standards
