AI Solution Architect
We are seeking a skilled AI Solution Architect to join a dynamic and large-scale program focused on transforming digital healthcare services. This position plays a key role in architecting AI-driven and cloud-integrated solutions within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable AI/GenAI architectures using RAG, vector DB, and agentic frameworksArchitect RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions across Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and AWSIntegrate with messaging systems like Kafka and work with both SQL/NoSQL DBsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, BAs, and Tech LeadsDevelop and present solution artifacts, diagrams, and documentationDrive continuous improvement using Agile and SAFe principles

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Gen AI, RAG, embeddings, agentic systemsStrong cloud expertise (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS), including containerized and SAAS solutionsExperience with API design, Kafka, MongoDB/relational databasesProficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web technologiesFamiliarity with distributed systems, caching, concurrency, and microservicesStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsAgile/SAFe development experience

Preferred Skills:

Contact Center technology knowledge (Salesforce Service Cloud, Five9)Familiarity with AI agent interoperability (Model Context Protocol, Agent2Agent)CI/CD, DevOps exposure
