REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
4 to 15 years of relevant industry experience
Strong programming skills in Java (preferred) or other modern 4GL languages (e.g., Python, C++, C#
)
Experience developing software for robotics, automated systems, or complex machinery
Leadership experience OR clear ambition to lead, demonstrated through professional or extracurricular activities (e.g., team lead, volunteer management, robotics club leadership)
A team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaborative innovation
Design and develop software solutions for robotic systems and automated equipment
