Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for administering the technical aspects of the Workday platform. Resident expert in the technical aspects of the Workday platform; hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Workday technologies, particularly its integration and reporting tools and technical configurations Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expertise on Workday integration best practices, architecture, and security. Guide stakeholders on Workday integration capabilities, helping them make informed decisions on integration design and deployment strategies Conduct integration discovery workshops to assess current systems, data flows, and integration requirements. Analyse existing financial systems and processes to identify integration requirements. Design and oversee the implementation of Workday integrations, Oversee integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution, ensuring smooth go-live transition. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in existing Workday integrations, ensuring stability and minimal disruption to business processes. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations. Work with third-party applications vendors to facilitate secure data exchange and automation. Maintain and improve integration documentation, technical specifications, and best practices. Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvements. Design, develop, and support custom Advanced, Composite and Matrix Reports. Business Process Validation Rules, Calculated Fields and EIBs Implement standards and best practices for supporting Financial Systems used by the Finance organization Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enable constant innovation and improvement to process and assets Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Workday integration development preferably in a consulting role. Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center certifications and a minimum of three successful implementations. Workday Studio, Integration and Core-Connector certifications and a minimum of five successful implementations. Experience managing teams of integration and/or report developers. Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs). Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, and data structures. Proven ability to design scalable integration architectures for IT landscapes with Workday at the core. Prior experience leading client-facing implementation projects and managing integration workstreams.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering or Computer Science The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of California, Connecticut and New York is $160,000.00 – $175.000.00.
