Director of Digital Engineering Direct Hire NO C2C Hybrid –
Connecticut Responsibilities and Requirements Experience:
Over 10 years in leading new product development teams.
Software Development:
More than 10 years of experience in object-oriented software design and development throughout the full lifecycle.
Project Leadership:
Proven ability to lead diverse teams on high-profile projects, consistently meeting critical deadlines.
Project Management:
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully guiding multidisciplinary teams.
Problem-Solving:
Motivated leader adept at identifying solutions to challenging problems within tight deadlines.
Communication:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working closely with senior management and interfacing with clients.
Agile Methodologies:
