Lead Azure IoT Architect / Developer- Onsite Job Summary The Lead Developer role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Azure IoT to drive innovation in Engineering & Design and Industrial Manufacturing domains. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate across teams to enhance digital solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimization of IoT technologies. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions impacting both company growth and societal advancements. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of IoT solutions using Microsoft Azure IoT to optimize industrial manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT technologies in engineering and design projects.
Develop and maintain scalable IoT architectures that support the companys strategic objectives.
Oversee the deployment of IoT systems ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
Provide technical expertise in Azure IoT guiding teams through complex problem-solving scenarios.
Analyze data from IoT devices to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Implement security protocols to protect IoT systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align IoT initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
Drive innovation by exploring new IoT technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all IoT implementations.
Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members on the latest IoT technologies and practices.
Monitor and report on the performance of IoT systems recommending enhancements as needed.
Support the development of IoT strategies that contribute to the companys competitive advantage. Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure IoT with a proven track record in industrial manufacturing applications.
Demonstrate experience in engineering and design domains applying IoT solutions to drive efficiency.
Showcase ability to work in a hybrid model effectively collaborating with remote and onsite teams.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills particularly in complex technical environments.
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IoT development with a focus on Azure technologies.
Display strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hold a bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field with relevant certifications in Azure IoT.
