We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development. Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for real-world applications. + Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into software products. + Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference using structured and unstructured datasets. + Fine-tune pre-trained models and experiment with neural networks (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative models). + Optimize models for performance, scalability, and production deployment. + Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning. + Document methodologies, processes, and results for internal knowledge sharing and audits.

Requirements Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). + Proficiency in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. + Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). + Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Diffusion Models). + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow. + Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. + Understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy best practices.
