Job Description A client in the financial technology industry is seeking an Application Architect to join its CTO organization. As Architect, you are responsible for designing backend systems using Spring Boot and the company’s Synapse framework. You will define integration patterns, best practices, and technical standards for Synapse-based microservices. Other responsibilities include collaborating with enterprise engineering and platform teams to align with CI/CD, observability, and compliance requirements, as well as leading and mentoring development teams through adoption and implementation of Synapse. Additionally, you will work closely with security, SRE, and DevOps teams to ensure operational readiness, and contribute to the Synapse ecosystem with reusable modules, plugins, or open-source contributions.
