MedTrac is integral to our home care benefits operation, supporting services for our internal team, service providers, and health plan clients. The Application Developer will play a key role in coding new features, modernizing existing components, maintaining integrations, and supporting associated portals. The position requires proficiency with legacy ASP.NET Framework (VB.NET/C#) and newer .NET Core technologies using MVVM with Aurelia, Typescript, and Bulma. Additionally, this role will leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools and techniques to enhance application functionality and drive innovation. The developer will work closely with our current MedTrac consulting team, and once hired, our new Sr. Cloud Developer, supporting shared goals around modernization and scalability and strategic interoperability initiatives. This position is open to hybrid or fully remote candidates, depending on experience and fit. What will you need to succeed:

Core Technical Skills:

Proficiency in C#/.NET Core and ASP.NET Framework (VB.NET or C#). Experience with a JavaScript Framework (e.g., Aurelia, Angular, React). Proficiency in Typescript. Strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedure development and programming. Experience with MVVM and/or MVC patterns. Experience with

HTML/CSS.

Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.

GenAI Skills:

Familiarity with Python and AI/ML development Exposure to AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch Interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision (CV) techniques Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and basic prompt engineering A passion for learning GenAI applications in real-world scenarios, including bias mitigation and ethical

AI Soft Skills:
