Full Stack Developer | AI, IVR & SaaS Platform Experience Required At AIRE , we’re not just building software—we’re building a future where agents own their success . We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with the technical depth and leadership mindset to build tools that power a movement. Our proprietary platforms help life insurance agents scale their businesses faster, smarter, and more efficiently. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own and evolve high-impact products at a rapidly growing company. Your Mission You’ll lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our internal and agent-facing SaaS platforms. These tools support everything from lead distribution and sales automation to performance tracking and business intelligence. You’ll be responsible for: Developing, testing, and maintaining secure, scalable full stack applications Building intuitive, high-performance front-ends (React, Vue, or similar) Architecting robust backend systems (Node.js, Python, or similar) Designing and managing RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Implementing automated workflows powered by AI and ML APIs Integrating and managing IVR systems and telephony APIs (e.g., Twilio) Ensuring data security, compliance, and reliability across platforms Managing CI/CD pipelines , deployments, and system monitoring Collaborating cross-functionally to align tech with business outcomes Required Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you should have: Core Technical Proficiencies 3-5+ years of full stack development experience Proficiency in JavaScript /TypeScript , Node.js , React , or Vue Strong grasp of Python and/or Go for backend microservicesExperience with PostgreSQL , MongoDB , or other scalable databasesKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP acceptable)Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and
