Role:
We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join an innovative team. This role involves driving execution and delivery in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment responsible for the digital transformation of travel experiences. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential to convert to a full-time role within 6 to 12 months. Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack development across both frontend and backend systems Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful project execution Participate in architecture planning and technical discussions Align development work with business priorities in close partnership with leadership Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers
Tech Stack Frontend:
React.js, Next.js (emphasis on front-end work)
Backend:
Java Microservices (heavy backend responsibilities)
Databases:
