Job Description Requirements:
Must have integration experience 5 years of Solution Architect or Team Lead experience inSalesforce.com. Well versed in CRM and customer services processes, particularlyCase Management, TCI, and call center. Ideally also knows patientservices. Experience with SFDC Administration, Configuration, Workflows,Validation Rules, Approval Processes, APEX Triggers, Visualforce,etc. Experience with Release Management, Resource Management, VendorManagement, and License Management. At least one Salesforce certification, ideally including theSalesforce Service Cloud certification. Experience in Agile project management methodology. Strong communication and analytical skills. Good organizational and document skills. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
