ServiceNow Solution Analyst Quantum Solutions Miramar, FL Position Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst Location Miramar, FL/ Dallas TX Duration Long Term Contract Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, leading development projects, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. This role requires a critical thinker with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL Processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven minimum 3 years’ experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities. Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Holds an active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification Holds an active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
