Social Media Content Developer BOL Hospitality 6714 Stirling Road, Hollywood, FL 33024 BOL Hospitality Group is seeking a Social Media Content Developer. The responsibilities of this position include creating original content for several social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in creating unique and engaging content. Skills needed includes, but are limited to photography/photo editing, filmmaking/video editing, copywriting, and social media ad placement. A competitive social media content developer candidate will also have experience in working with content/posting management applications. Responsibilities:
Managing the distribution of content through our various channels Analyzing insights in determining the effectiveness of content Develop compelling social media content that increases followers and amplifies engagement Create and edit videos and photos Draft creative copy and messaging that engages followers Manage social media account by responding to comments, identifying and engaging with target accounts, and establishing social media relationships that lead to measurable results Track organic and paid social media campaign performance, reporting results, and adjusting strategy as necessary Participate and provide updates in meetings with management team Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience 1-3 years’ experience with B2C social media marketing or content development Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr) Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools are a plus Experience in copywriting, graphic design, programming, or a related field may be advantageous. Strong working knowledge of content management software, including Asana, WordPress, Photoshop, and Flash. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
