Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing EngineDeveloper to design, develop, and maintain complex billing systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend developmentexperience, a good understanding of financial workflows, and theability to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customerbilling data.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalablebilling engine architecture. Develop, test, and maintain corebilling logic and invoicing mechanisms. Integrate billing systemswith CRM, ERP, and payment gateways. Work closely with product andfinance teams to understand billing requirements. Ensure billingaccuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and support auditprocesses. Optimize performance and scalability of billingprocesses. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in billing logic or datainconsistencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field. 8 years of in-depthdevelopment experience with C#/.NET 5 years Microsoft SQL Serverexperience (Configuration, Administration and Tuning) 3 years ofbackend development experience, preferably in billing, fintech, orenterprise systems. Experience with REST APIs and integratingthird-party services. Familiarity with billing concepts likeproration, discounts, subscriptions, taxation, etc. Experienceworking with tools like Zuora, Stripe, Chargebee, or similarplatforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience inhigh-volume transactional systems. Knowledge of accountingprinciples or financial reconciliation. Familiarity with cloudplatforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Agile/Scrum experience Healthcareindustry experience is a BIG plus
