Job Responsibilities:

Lead mainframe application design and development using IBM Mainframe Utilities, CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and COBOL.
Implement technical solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Participate in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Monitor system performance and drive optimizations.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Provide accurate development estimates and participate in project planning.
Ensure adherence to security policies and data protection measures.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and suggest enhancements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide project updates.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
