Jacksonville, FL (3 DaysHybrid from Day 1) Long Term Contract Genesys developer should beable to design, develop, and maintain Genesys-based contact centersolutions to meet business requirements. This includes tasks likedeveloping, customizing and configuring IVR flows/call flows,integration with external systems, and troubleshooting issues.
Knowledge of different Genesys features like co-browsing/Agentassist/co-pilot and other AI features.
