CEVA Contract Logistics US Inc. inJacksonville, FL seeks an IT Solutions Architect with partialtelecommuting.

YOUR ROLEArchitect, design and govern Company’ssystem integration landscape which includes all system integrationaspects between Company’s application suite and external businesspartners as well as the interconnection of Company’s solution stackwithin the Enterprise.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Responsible for system integration which includes all messageor service-oriented communication as well as data integration. Fine tune and safeguard the Integration Architecture as itexists and participate in overarching Enterprise Architectureinitiatives. Define IT, services, and process standards within theIntegration domain. Set and agree on the standards and templates for business linesor corporate functions. Create designs, solutions and procedures meeting currentbusiness, customer, and technological requirements based ondecisions made which will directly impact Company’s century andsubject matter expert accounts. Design a consistent integration architecture covering allaspects of service and data integration between internal andexternal IT systems. Develop and manage business/technical critical know-how withinarea of expertise. Influence the organization on global IT function scope in areaof expertise. Exert authority and ability to make complex decisions impactingmultiple IT functional areas. Optimize and implement business processes covering differentapplications/ modules on IT global function level. Works collaboratively with other technical experts to ensurealignment on all technical decisions across the organization whichincludes participation in the Global Enterprise Architectfunction. Responsible for fine-tuning and governance of the existingIntegration architecture. Determine opportunities, analyses impact and drive continuousinnovation of the system integration landscape. Participate in re-engineering of business processes on globallevel covering different processes/ applications. Work together with functional IT experts to ensure world classsolutions are being created. Align integration strategy with the wider IT strategy in thecontext of Company’s business goals. Support and manage supplier relations. Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, and governance inarea of expertise. Drive proof of concepts and vendor/product selectioninitiatives for all system integration aspects. Identify continuous improvement opportunities within thedepartment. Provide mentoring and guidance to develop team members,including training and knowledge transfer. Act as single point of contact concerning IntegrationArchitecture. Serve as a creditable expert to senior business and IT leadersin the area of system integration. Implement and operate effective governance processes for allaspects of responsibilities. Operate in complex decision-making environment impacting theCompany’s enterprise. Work with senior management from IT, Business Development, andOperations to ensure the best possible global solutions areavailable for customers and Company employees. Five (5) years exp. in Middleware integration includingarchitecting and delivering of large-scale system integrationlandscapes, operating in large company or recognized ITconsultancy, based on expertise within the domain of systemintegration. Additional experience in B2B and EnterpriseApplication Integration solution delivery, Service OrientedArchitecture and Enterprise Service Bus implementation experience,plus hands-on Tibco experience required.
