Lead Microsoft 365 Engineer Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Engineer who will provide oversight onmultiple technical initiatives using Microsoft Cloud technologiesincluding Azure and Microsoft 365. You will be responsible fordesigning, implementing, and communicating solutions that are verycomplex for a global organization. You will also be expected tokeep up with the latest trends in technology and identify the bestway for the company to incorporate technology change into aroadmap. You will work with various teams and stakeholders toensure the quality and usability of the solutions. You will alsoact as a subject matter expert and a mentor for other team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using MicrosoftCloud technologies such as Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Provideoversight and guidance on multiple technical initiatives and ensureadherence to the solution design by team members.
• Scope andexecute ‘Proof of Concept’ initiatives for new technologies or newuse cases on existing technologies.
• Work closely with ProjectManagers, Team Members, and Senior Leadership on both mid- andlarge-scale projects.
• Communicate effectively to both technicaland non-technical audiences and present in a large audience format,either via web conference technology or in person.
• Work withEnterprise UX and other teams to document processes andtechnologies to establish a cohesive knowledge base for users todraw from.
• Identify and document best practices and standardoperating procedures for team members on the required technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert with a ready answer in anysituation.
• Ability to ‘jump in’ and expertly deliver on anysolution that is required. Knowledge and Experience
• At least 10years of experience in systems design and engineering.
• At least 5years of experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azureand Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online andOneDrive architecture, administration, and functionality.
• Strongknowledge of Teams architecture, features, and functionalities.
• Proficient in PowerShell, SharePoint Online Management Shell, andMicrosoft Graph API.
• Strong analytical skills to solve problemsthat are very complex for a global organization.
• Experience withvarious Co-Pilot AI technologies is a bonus.
• General experiencewith designing large-scale multi-system integrated architectures isa bonus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new trends in technology and identify the best wayfor the company to incorporate technology change into a roadmap.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with variousteams and stakeholders.
