In this vital role you will responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions that meet business needs and ensuring the availability and performance of critical systems and applications. This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, scalable software solutions and automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Anaplan models to support business functions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand the functional and technical requirements of applications, solutions and systems and translate them into software architecture, design specifications and scalable Anaplan solutions Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working capabilities, enabling rapid proof of concepts Oversee a team of Anaplan model builders and coordinate with external consultants and vendors Define and enforce Anaplan modeling best practices, governance, and data integrity standards Maintain detailed documentation of software designs, code, and development processes Ensure integration between Anaplan and other enterprise systems via Global Data Hub Support change management and training efforts to maximize user adoption Monitor platform performance and usage metrics to ensure efficiency and scalability Develop roadmaps and continuous improvement strategies for platform enhancements What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience Or Master’s degree and 4 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience

Experience in implementation and management of integrated SaaS platforms through the SDLC Experience in business requirement gathering and converting the requirements into technical solutions Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile systems such as JIRA Demonstrated experience in managing technology initiatives and teams with a track record of successful innovation Experience building, tracking, and reporting on budgets, forecasts, management reporting, and/or business planning Familiarity with security requirements and standard methodologies for data in transit and at rest Success in mentoring and developing strong product analysts, business analysts, and developers Exceptional collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage collaborator relationships and build new partnerships
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience designing, building, and scaling complex Anaplan models across multiple business domains (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Technology) Strong background in transforming business processes and data flows across systems, including integrating planning platforms with source systems (e.g., ERP, data lakes) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or other programming languages Experience working with data architecture, ETL, or data modeling Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Professional Certifications:
Anaplan Certified Model Builder (mandatory) Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (preferred)

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
