Must have experience with PaaS providers such as Microsoft Azure and knowledge of supporting systems within cloud infrastructures. As a Technical Architect, you will be expert in formulating a

technical solution based on the customer requirements.
Configure the application to meet a client’s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool or SDK
You will be intensely involved in requirements gathering, discovery workshops, analysis of requirements and propose

You will also require preparing Solution Architecture Document and Design document in projects/assignments using

You will play an important role in drafting data migration plan/strategy from legacy applications to

D365 F&O

platform.
You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Contribute to identify best-fit architectural solutions for two or more Dynamics modules; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams onplex coding, issue resolution and execution.
Experience working in Dynamics 365 F&O modules
This role drives collaboration with stakeholders including ITS teams, technology partners, business customers, and vendors to ensure that the participants are effectivelymunicating and aligned on technical deliverables. In addition, role will not have direct reports but does lead cross-functional technical resources to deliver on desired oues.
For projects, this role will be responsible for technical oversight of the design to ensure adnce to enterprise standards, reduction ofplexity, and reusability.
Other responsibilities include leading pre-project consulting and estimation efforts, implementation planning, deployment activities, and support transition. The role will be to work closely with Project Managers and other technology stakeholders to ensure all technical deliverables are carefully planned, staffed, and trackedpleted on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O, aligning with the job requirement for deep experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
Manage data migration efforts using Microsoft DMF, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, which mirrors the role’s focus on Master Data Management during migration.
Design and build integration APIs and flat file interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with external systems like Workday and Salesforce, directly matching the job’s need for interface design between a Digital Hub and Dynamics 365.
Extensive experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, including scope definition, risk management, and quality assurance, all key responsibilities in the job description.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align ERP configurations with business needs, paralleling the job’s requirement for stakeholder engagement.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance:

Successfully led testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and managed risk mitigation strategies, ensuring on-time delivery and under-budget implementation, which aligns with the role’s focus on risk management and quality assurance.
Responsible for the architectural design (Solution and Data) and ensurespliance of solutions to Enterprise Architecture Principles and Technology Architecture Patterns.
Accountable for technical delivery for assigned projects (Solution and Data).
Leverage the current and approved technology portfolio, enterprise architectural standards, and established patterns to create solution and data designs that deliver the required business capabilities.
Collaborate with other architects, developers, and engineers to create synergies and drive technology reuse within and across projects.
Partner with BU IT management and business stakeholders to help gain consensus and drive decisions required for projects and/or initiatives.

Provide rmendations that produce efficiencies in technology support costs and improve performance while meeting customer requirements.
Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced associates.
Translate highly technical problems in a manner that can be understood in business terms to a variety of audiences including project managers and business executives.
Present rmendations and solutions clearly and concisely and can focus on key points to portray the intended message or purpose.
Driving desired oues and decisions through trust and influence.

Technical Leadership Responsibilities:

Acts as the lead Technology Services representative in the delivery of technology solutions
Provides overall technical leadership and directs teams in the delivery of technology solutions.
Partners with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and technical stakeholders to deliver on the following responsibilities for end-to-end technical delivery.
Partners with PM to ensure a successful release to production including transition activities
Assesses risks, anticipates bottlenecks, provides escalation management, and collaborates to drive toward mutually beneficial oues
Drives to effectively resolve and provide awareness for technical issues and risks
Manages the partner relationship to ensure delivery of technical work done by 3rd party partners or vendors.
Provides feedback on the performance of internal technical team members to their leaders
Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, either independently or as part of a team
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
Can leverage the organizational structure and, through using interpersonal relationships, influence others to drive decisions quickly
