  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead engineering teams and provide direction across multiple projects
• Own complete solutions throughout their entire life cycle
• Collaborate with product managers and other teams to solve complex engineering challenges
• Conduct design sessions and code reviews to enhance engineering quality
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across teams
  What is Required (Qualifications):
• Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience within a Java framework
• 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with architecture and design of systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts and Azure DevOps operational framework
• Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
• Understanding of security protocols and products, including Active Directory and OAuth
