Job Duties:

Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyse the scope of work in context of the sub-task/task/module/project. Perform peer code reviews. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture solutions based on business requirements. Contribute ideas to continually improve the team’s productivity and code quality. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify holdups, potential failures, and areas for improvement. Create database schemas that represent and support business processes. Follow application framework and design during implementation, be it coding or bug fixing. Design technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and data flow charts to outline project structures. Follow the specified code structure and the best practices of automated code integration, branching and deployment. Implement unit tests for software system testing and validation procedures to verify that software product has met the business requirements. Maintain zero defects in code being written, having no reported defects by applicable static code analysis tool. Ensure that the architecture aligns with industry standards and organizational policies. Adhere to all applicable project processes and follow required periodic reporting communication such as sending daily status report, etc. Perform system testing and validation procedures to verify that the solution meets the overall business requirements. Regular sync up with stakeholders to track progress against project milestones and highlight any risks or dependencies. Lead the developmental efforts on different project workstreams, from requirements gathering to production deployment and ongoing operations support. Create high/low level technical architecture and design related documents. Ensure best practices, coding standards and guidelines are agreed upon during project initiation and are followed on an ongoing basis. Implement optimization strategies for system performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-deployment phases. Follow Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) processes for code migration. Conduct code reviews as per project guidelines. Follow the solution’s technical framework and design during implementation, be it coding or bug fixing. Perform Proof of Concept (POC) and discovery work for new data integrations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and recovery of failed data related jobs in a timely manner to ensure minimum business impact.

Job Requirements:

Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Software Developer, Software Architect or related.
