• .NET Developer
• located in Pensacola, FL.

This position will be supporting Training & Education Management Systems for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). The roles primary focus is with Naval Education and Training Future Officer and Citizenship User System (NETFOCUS). The .

NET Developer will require:

+ Develop applications in ASP.NET Webforms and

ASP.NET MVC

using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2016 (or later) product suite and C# and Visual Basic programming languages. + Develop Graphical User Interface (GUI) utilizing HTML5 standard for page structure, CSS and Bootstrap for styling, certain client-side technologies for efficiency such as JavaScript and jQuery. + Experience developing websites. + Experience with developing in Salesforce (Apex). + Maintain existing web applications to include troubleshooting of web servers, programming changes, database structures, performance monitoring, and associated documentation. + Support end users, troubleshoots workflow problems, creates ad hoc queries, analyzes and modifies data when necessary.

• Qualifications

• Required Experience and Education:

• + Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or NCAE-C designated institution
• or•two (2) years of experience with a CSSLP, GSEC, or

CISSP-ISSAP

• or•previous DoD/Military course completion of M09CVQ1, M03385G, M10395B, M223854, or M0923W1.

+ Web programming and support experience using web development tools (e.g., Microsoft Visual Studio’s .NET C# & Visual Basic, JavaScript, Apex) to develop, modify, and maintain software. Tasks include software coding and compilation, deployment, documentation, testing, and maintenance.

• Certifications:

• + Active Security+ certification or comparable to comply with DoD Cyber Workforce requirements as highlighted in the education requirements.
• Clearance required:
• + Must have an Interim Secret security (at minimum) clearance to start
• Desired skills:
• + Experience using MVC architectures + Familiarity with Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL + Familiarity with defensive/secure programming + Familiarity with modern IDEs + Familiarity with version-control systems
