Kforce in Tampa, FL is looking for Advanced Software Developers. A qualified applicant will be Analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Designing test plans, test cases and testing strategies; Coordinating software quality assurance manual and automation testing; Reviewing User Stories to ensure technical accuracy, compliance and/or completeness and to mitigate risks; Participating in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules and/or potential problems; Leading multiple modeling, simulations and analysis efforts to uncover the best application testing solutions using Selenium, Cucumber, C/C++, MySQL, Mongo, CI/CD, AWS, Splunk, Oracle, PowerBI, Kubernetes, and Docker; Analyzing and preparing test scripts and test data to populate the testing environment; Identifying, analyzing and tracking bugs and issues arising during the testing life cycle using Quality Center, ALM, Test Director, Jira and Rally; Designing and monitoring quality assurance metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results and test status; Documenting test plans, testing status and testing outcomes as required by the project; Providing guidance and subject matter expertise on testing and quality assurance methodologies and processes; and being a technical resource for direct communications to team members in the project development, testing and implementation processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in IT field; and experience with Selenium, Cucumber, C/C++, MySQL, Mongo, CI/CD, AWS, Splunk, Oracle, PowerBI, Kubernetes, and Docker. Up to 100% travel to unanticipated domestic clients in US required.
Salary:
$50.00 to $90.00/hour.
