Position Summary:
Hiring Salary Range:
$56,704.28 to $62,374.70 depending on qualifications. Develops, implements and maintains the ERP solution suite, college portal, data warehousing, and other administrative software applications. Oversees functional consulting and related software analysis services to HCC user departments in deploying and supporting assigned administrative applications. Develops, documents, and maintains applications-related change management processes ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure administrative applications. Researches, evaluates, and tests new technologies appropriate for HCC providing strategic recommendations for administrative information systems and applications.
Job Duties:
Design, build, and troubleshoot Workday reports (including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT), Power BI dashboards, and other reporting solutions to support operational and strategic data needs across the college.
Develop, document, implement, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) to ensure reliable data exchange with external and legacy systems.
Build and maintain internal tools and system integrations using .NET/C#, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and related technologies to enhance automation and support institutional workflows.
Provide technical and functional consulting and related information analysis services to HCC user departments on the use of existing integrations and reports.
Support ERP suite integration and data integrity by collaborating with technical and functional teams to implement and maintain efficient workflows, data mappings, reporting, and end-to-end system integrations that align with college operations.
Other data management and development duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and at least three years of prior-related work experience; or at least a High School diploma or GED equivalent if substituting experience for education.
Preferred Qualifications:
SQL, SSRS, XSLT, Power BI, BIRT, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, EIB/Document Transformation, .NET/C#, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
